Terms of Engineering Service
Applicable to all quotations, equipment supply, and on-site engineering contracts.
1. Scope of Quotations & BOEM
All engineering estimates, solar sizing projections, and itemized Bills of Engineering Measurements (BOEM) issued by YTECH Engineering Services Ltd. are subject to on-site physical verification and component availability.
2. Installation Safety & Site Access
Clients agree to provide safe access to roofs, distribution panels, and earthing locations during scheduled deployments. All installations are carried out according to Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA) standards.
3. Hardware Warranties & Support
Solar panels, hybrid inverters, and LiFePO4 batteries carry manufacturer warranties as specified in the respective datasheets and handover documentation. Unauthorized tampering, bypass of protective switchgear, or modification by non-YTECH certified electricians may void warranty coverage.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaduna State, Nigeria.
